1. General Regulation
Since our offer consists of digital services (IPTV access) that are activated immediately after the order, there is no entitlement to a refund once the service has been provided – except in the special cases mentioned below.
2. Right of Withdrawal under EU Law
Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
⚠️ However, this right of withdrawal does not apply if:
the service is provided immediately after the order, and
the customer has explicitly agreed to the immediate execution.
By placing an order with Smartersing.de, you expressly agree that IPTV access will be provided immediately and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
3. Special Regulation: Refund in Case of Account Problems
If your account becomes unusable within 7 days of activation due to a technical issue or unjustified suspension, you are entitled to a refund.
The refund will only be granted if Smartersing.de cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time.
4. Other Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds are also only granted in the following cases:
If Smartersing.de is unable to provide the service.
If a technical error on the part of Smartersing.de makes access impossible and cannot be resolved.
